The Senior Corporate Secretary is responsible for ensuring protocol and compliance oversight, facilitating board communication and providing administrative support to the board of directors and associated committees for a total of 6 entities.  Of these, 4 are most active/important and 2 somewhat active.

This position provides board support services mainly to an entity that provides family office to the family enterprise an entity that provides investments advisor services to a master-feeder fund, a partnership and a real holding company and two entities that control all the entities within the family office structure. In addition, this position provides support services to the investment committee.
